- App interactions (features used, session time, streaks, etc.)

- Payment transaction details (via UPI AutoPay; no card details are stored)
c. Voice & Audio Data
If you use voice practice or AI calls, we may process audio inputs to enhance pronunciation feedback and language learning performance. This data is only processed for training and feedback purposes and not shared with third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver core learning experiences and personalized content
- Improve app performance and features
- Provide customer support and service notifications
- Process payments via UPI AutoPay
- Analyze usage trends to enhance the product
- Send you important updates, offers, and promotional content (only if you opt-in)
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share limited information with:
- Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Google Pay) for UPI AutoPay handling
- Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase) for usage insights
- Third-party service providers under confidentiality obligations, only to support operations and improvements
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others' safety.

To request deletion of your data, you can:
- Email us at help@voiceclub.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your registered mobile number and email address (if applicable) for verification
- Use the in-app account deletion feature (if available)
c. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification of your identity, we will delete:
- Your personal information (name, mobile number, email address)
- Learning progress and streak data
- Voice recordings and audio data
- App usage and interaction data
- Payment history (subject to legal retention requirements)
d. Data Retention Exceptions
Some data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years)
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you personally
e. Processing Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within:
- 30 days for standard requests
- Up to 60 days for complex requests involving multiple systems
You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
⚠️ Important Note:
Deleting your data is irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to your learning progress, streaks, and all associated data. If you wish to use IshqAI again, you will need to create a new account.
7. Children's Privacy
IshqAI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with information, please contact us to remove it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app post changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
