Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on IshqAI, a proprietary product of Capslock Marketplaces Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). IshqAI is a digital subscription-based platform that provides devotional and spiritual learning services through proprietary software and AI tools. By subscribing to or making any payment on IshqAI, you expressly agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Refund Principle
All payments made towards IshqAI subscriptions are non-refundable.
By initiating a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the nature of the service and the associated pricing. Accordingly:
- No refunds will be issued for partial usage, non-usage, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
- All payments processed through UPI AutoPay, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or any other payment method are final and non-reversible.
- Subscription cancellations are prospective in nature and will prevent future billing cycles only. Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the ongoing or previous billing cycle.
2. Refund Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, the Company may, at its sole discretion, process refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

Conditions:
- Any such request must be made within seven (7) days of the transaction date.
- Supporting documents such as transaction ID, screenshot of charge, and a brief written explanation may be required.
- Only one discretionary refund may be issued per account per calendar year.
- The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be entertained under the following conditions:
- Inactivity or lack of use of the subscribed service
- Customer's inability to access the service due to device issues or internet unavailability
- Subscription purchased during promotional pricing, bundled offers, or introductory discounts
- Failure to cancel before the expiry of a free trial, if applicable
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window
4. Cancellation Process
Subscribers may cancel their auto-renewing subscription at any time via:
- Their UPI-enabled application (by disabling AutoPay), or
- The IshqAI application under Account Settings
Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be incurred thereafter, and no refund will be provided for the remaining period.
5. Refund Method and Timelines
Where a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
- The Company shall not be liable for delays attributable to the payment gateway, issuing bank, or UPI handler.
6. Third-Party Platform Subscriptions
If the subscription was initiated via a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store), such transactions are governed by the respective platform's billing and refund policy.
- All refund requests for these transactions must be directed to the relevant platform.
- The Company shall not be responsible for, nor shall it process, refunds for purchases made via third-party billing systems.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact the Company's support team for clarification or resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or raising a dispute with a financial institution.
- Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to IshqAI.
- The Company reserves the right to challenge and contest any chargeback or dispute raised without valid justification.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
